ONLY ACCEPTING 10 CLIENTS!!! Join this exclusive membership program designed to support individuals with limb loss on their journey to renewed confidence and personal growth. For a recurring fee of $199 per month, you will receive: • A 1-hour coaching session tailored to your unique needs • A 30-minute onboarding call to assess your goals and establish a personalized plan • 1 on 1 access for your questions outside of the scheduled meeting. Areas we will work on, based on your needs: • Rebuilding confidence and self-esteem • Restoring personal and professional goals • Cultivating optimism and a positive mindset • Managing emotions and overcoming fear • Developing resilience and coping strategies • Enhancing problem-solving and decision-making skills • Building a support system for long-term success • Adapting to new physical abilities and daily routines • Promoting overall well-being and life balance
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a consultation appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Non-Refundable Payment: The fee for the consultation is non-refundable. Once the appointment is scheduled, you cannot file a claim or dispute to receive a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to attend the scheduled appointment. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or miss your appointment, you forfeit the membership fee. To inquire about rescheduling, you must contact us within 24 hours following the missed appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment requires adherence to our cancellation policy, which mandates a 24-hour notice prior to the appointment time. Acknowledgment of Terms: By proceeding with the purchasing of your membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Waiver of Claims: You waive any right to file a claim, dispute, or request a chargeback through your bank, credit card company, or any other financial institution regarding the membership fee for any reason related to non-attendance or missed appointments. Also if you would like to cancel your membership you must notify at least 7 days before due date. If you have any questions or concerns about these terms, please contact us prior to purchasing your membership.
